PAYMENT

We accept Paypal, or direct deposit into our bank account.   Contact us and bank account details will be given on completion of your order.

Money order, bank cheques and personal cheques (Australian personal cheques only) are also accepted.  Usual clearing time for cheques is up to seven (7) days, after which your items will be sent.

TRANSACTION CURRENCY

All products and shipping costs are in Australian Dollars.

DELIVERY

 

Our aim is to have your jewellery on it's way to you within 48 hours receipt of full payment.
If for any reason there is a delay in posting your order, we will notify you immediately.

POSTAGE

 

Rates cover postage, packing, and insurance when it has been requested.

Up to 500g:    Regular -  $ 9.95    Express Post -  $12.50

Up to 3kg:      Regular -  $13.40   Express Post -  $15.80

We recommend insuring your items. Liz In Oz cannot be responsible for uninsured items once they have been dispatched.
Items sent via Express Post within Australia cannot be insured.

RETURNS

 

We understand there's only so much you can learn about a product from looking at it on a computer screen.  If for any reason any items are not satisfactory, return them in original condition within fourteen (14) days of purchase, along with proof of purchase, for either an exchange, or full refund of purchase price.
The guarantee does not cover wilful damage of course.
